Vista Horizon – Private Villas

A concept set of nine on-brand Instagram posts for a fictional luxury villa brand, designed to look like a curated feed rather than a random series of photos.

Overview

Vista Horizon is a concept brand I created to show what a month of social media content looks like when it’s designed as one system. Nine posts mix property imagery, short editorial headlines, key facts and clear booking prompts.

Constraints

Luxury property feeds often feel like a random photo dump. The goal was a premium, calm grid that alternates light and dark posts in a checkerboard rhythm, uses one consistent type and colour system, and still gives guests a clear reason to book direct.

Outcome

A ready-to-post monthly set: hero and mood posts, a property facts post, a video-tour teaser and a direct-booking call to action. Every month follows the same visual language, so the feed stays recognisable while the content stays fresh.

FAQ

Your Questions, Answered

Answers to the questions clients ask most often.

  • What is the typical turnaround time for a project?

It depends on the scope. Presentations and welcome books are usually the quickest; websites and visualization packages depend on the number of pages, spaces and views. You’ll always get a clear schedule with your proposal before we start.

  • Who owns the website and the files?

You do. Once the project is complete and paid, you receive full commercial rights to the final work. Your website can be transferred to your own Framer account, or I can host and maintain it for you on a monthly plan. Presentations and welcome books come as PDFs plus editable Canva files.

  • How do you work with international clients?

I work fully remotely with clients in the US, Central Europe, Germany and Singapore. Everything is handled in writing – by email and messages – so you always have a clear record of every decision, and time zones are never a problem.

  • How do we start a project?

Send me a short brief through the contact form or by email: the property, what you need, your deadline, and any material you already have (plans, photos, text, brand assets). I’ll reply with questions, a proposal and a timeline.

  • How do revisions work?

Every project includes refinement rounds. You receive first proofs based on your brief, and I adjust layout, typography and details until the result fits your brand and your expectations.
