Monthly Social Media Content

Victoria Sterling Instagram posts printed and shown on a phone on a travertine table

Overview

Victoria Sterling is a fictional luxury agent I created to show what a month of social media content can look like for a real estate professional. Nine posts combine her personal brand with listings, market insight and simple education for buyers and sellers.

Market snapshot and open house posts
Just sold and seller posts

Constraints

Many agents’ feeds are just listing photos, so every agent looks the same. The goal was a calm, editorial feed that sells the agent as well as the homes: one template for every post, a full-width photo above a clean text panel, and a simple rhythm where the middle column is always dark.

Outcome

A ready-to-post monthly set: a personal intro, Just Listed and Just Sold posts, a market snapshot, an educational carousel, an open house invitation and a seller post. Each post ends with a simple keyword prompt (MARKET, VALUE) that turns engagement into direct messages.

FAQ

Your Questions, Answered

Answers to the questions clients ask most often.

  • What is the typical turnaround time for a project?

It depends on the scope. Presentations and welcome books are usually the quickest; websites and visualization packages depend on the number of pages, spaces and views. You’ll always get a clear schedule with your proposal before we start.

  • Who owns the website and the files?

You do. Once the project is complete and paid, you receive full commercial rights to the final work. Your website can be transferred to your own Framer account, or I can host and maintain it for you on a monthly plan. Presentations and welcome books come as PDFs plus editable Canva files.

  • How do you work with international clients?

I work fully remotely with clients in the US, Central Europe, Germany and Singapore. Everything is handled in writing – by email and messages – so you always have a clear record of every decision, and time zones are never a problem.

  • How do we start a project?

Send me a short brief through the contact form or by email: the property, what you need, your deadline, and any material you already have (plans, photos, text, brand assets). I’ll reply with questions, a proposal and a timeline.

  • How do revisions work?

Every project includes refinement rounds. You receive first proofs based on your brief, and I adjust layout, typography and details until the result fits your brand and your expectations.
