Liget Residence apartment selector website shown on a laptop, phone and floor plan screen

Overview

Liget Residence is a fictional four-storey residential building I created to show how a development can be sold online. Instead of a static list of apartments, the website lets buyers explore the building the way they would on a site visit.

Isometric 3D floor plan with apartment details

Constraints

Buyers struggle to imagine an apartment from a flat floor plan and a price list. The challenge was to make the whole journey – building, floor, apartment, rooms – feel simple on both desktop and phone, without a heavy 3D app.

Outcome

An interactive selector built as a website: floor selection on the building with available units and prices, an isometric 3D floor plan with apartment details, and room views for the living area and bedroom.

FAQ

Your Questions, Answered

Answers to the questions clients ask most often.

  • What is the typical turnaround time for a project?

It depends on the scope. Presentations and welcome books are usually the quickest; websites and visualization packages depend on the number of pages, spaces and views. You’ll always get a clear schedule with your proposal before we start.

  • Who owns the website and the files?

You do. Once the project is complete and paid, you receive full commercial rights to the final work. Your website can be transferred to your own Framer account, or I can host and maintain it for you on a monthly plan. Presentations and welcome books come as PDFs plus editable Canva files.

  • How do you work with international clients?

I work fully remotely with clients in the US, Central Europe, Germany and Singapore. Everything is handled in writing – by email and messages – so you always have a clear record of every decision, and time zones are never a problem.

  • How do we start a project?

Send me a short brief through the contact form or by email: the property, what you need, your deadline, and any material you already have (plans, photos, text, brand assets). I’ll reply with questions, a proposal and a timeline.

  • How do revisions work?

Every project includes refinement rounds. You receive first proofs based on your brief, and I adjust layout, typography and details until the result fits your brand and your expectations.
