Kadarka Építő contractor website on a laptop and phone with a social media slide

Overview

Kadarka Építő is a fictional local building contractor. Many contractors do excellent work but only show it in their phone gallery. This concept shows how the same site photos can become a credible website and a steady social media presence.

Constraints

Contractors have little time for marketing and rarely have professional photos. Everything had to work from real site photos, read clearly on a phone, and lead visitors to one action: requesting a site survey.

Outcome

A one-page website with services, a before-and-after reference, a four-step process, a testimonial block and an enquiry section – plus a six-slide social media carousel and sample weekly posts in the same visual style.

FAQ

Your Questions, Answered

Answers to the questions clients ask most often.

  • What is the typical turnaround time for a project?

It depends on the scope. Presentations and welcome books are usually the quickest; websites and visualization packages depend on the number of pages, spaces and views. You’ll always get a clear schedule with your proposal before we start.

  • Who owns the website and the files?

You do. Once the project is complete and paid, you receive full commercial rights to the final work. Your website can be transferred to your own Framer account, or I can host and maintain it for you on a monthly plan. Presentations and welcome books come as PDFs plus editable Canva files.

  • How do you work with international clients?

I work fully remotely with clients in the US, Central Europe, Germany and Singapore. Everything is handled in writing – by email and messages – so you always have a clear record of every decision, and time zones are never a problem.

  • How do we start a project?

Send me a short brief through the contact form or by email: the property, what you need, your deadline, and any material you already have (plans, photos, text, brand assets). I’ll reply with questions, a proposal and a timeline.

  • How do revisions work?

Every project includes refinement rounds. You receive first proofs based on your brief, and I adjust layout, typography and details until the result fits your brand and your expectations.
